How did I get started well I actually have been doing rescues and bottle feeding kittens for 30 years now. We started Ginger's Pet Food Pantry because there are way too many pets in shelters when they could of stayed in their homes. One of the main reasons they get turned in because their owners can not afford to feed them. We couldn't allow that to happen so after much thought we decided to make a difference in our community. How did we come up with the name ? Well Ginger was a mama cat that we loved dearly so we dedicated the food pantry to their memory .
We never charge for anything we do . We get donations from the community of unopened pet food and redistribute them to food pantries and others in need.
